All You Need To Know About Planning A Bachelorette In Europe!!!!

Summer is fast approaching, and that means… bachelorettes! Every bride-to-be has a different idea for her bachelorette: some want to explore a big city, others want to kick back on a beach, some want to road trip and experience natural landscapes, and some probably want to hit up the best party spots around the world. And let’s face it,you ONLY BACHELORETTE ONCE!

The general budget for a European holiday can vary depending on how lavish you go on your stay and on shopping, drinking, eating out etc. Some general costs on average that you will incure are:

Airfare: Can range between Rs. 35000 – Rs. 60000 return depending on how far back you book, no of stops and even airport! (Spain can be really inexpensive to fly to!)

Visa: Schengen visas usually get processed in “15 days” but can actually arrive within 3-4 working days. Costs about Rs. 6000 or so approx.

Stay: This is the real game changer. Hostels can be as low as Rs. 1500 / night and hotels, well, sky is the limit init. For groups, service apartments, and Airbnbs are great options too. You get the option to cook, get a lot more ‘communal’ space to hang out etc.

So the lovely Mehek Punatar runs the travel blog Map & Magnets, which we’ve been totally addicted to. She’s curated for us a list of the best ways to bachelorette in Europe depending on what kind of girl you are, how long you want your trip to be and even cost – yup! Plus hse has some really cool personal recommendations and tips (including where to find veg food! Yes. Thank us later)

It’s one of the most charming areas in the city and the best place to hit up whether you want a girls’ night out, or a day of shopping and exploring. Try a free walking tour in this neighborhood with Discover Walks!
