Free shipping is offered to only customers in India for a majority of the products on the website. For certain products, shipping charges in India will apply and will be mentioned specifically on the product information page.

For all International customers, free shipping is only applicable if the order value exceeds Rs 20,000/-. For all other orders shipping charges apply based on the pin code/ zip code you enter and you will be informed of the same at the checkout page during your shopping experience. Any shipping charges, whether for international customers or customers in India are non-refundable where the product is returned or the product has been cancelled after it has been dispatched.


Our product range is a mix of products retained by brands in stock and products where the brand produces them especially for you. As such, the time taken before the product is shipped to you varies from product to product. On the product information page, you will find an estimated shipping time i.e. in how long the product will be shipped from our end. For Indian customers, the price of the product displayed is inclusive of all taxes and duties. Please note that this does not apply to International customers. Price of the product displayed is exclusive of import duties as they are shipped on a ‘Delivery Duty Unpaid’ basis. If you are an International customer, you will be liable to pay all import duties, customs charges and local sales taxes as levied by the authorities in the country where the order is to be received. Please also note that you will have to make these payments at the time of delivery for the release of your order from your customs authorities. The Wedding Brigade partners with several leading logistics partners for their domestic and International orders such as including but not limited to Delhivery & BlueDart.


Once an order has been placed, we will communicate an email acknowledging your order on the email provided by you. Once your payment details are verified at our end, your order would have been approved for shipping and we will send you an additional email providing you with details of your package including your tracking number which you can use to check the status of your package in the My Account section of the The Wedding Brigade shop.

If there is any issue in the order processing including we will communicate the same to you by email with details of the processing issue. We may in addition ask you for further information if required by us for the purpose of processing the order.


We will aim to deliver the package of the product(s) ordered by you on time and within the range of the standard courier delivery times unless specified otherwise. If you are not available, we will attempt to deliver the package a sum total of three times before the product is returned to us. Please contact us on customercare@theweddingbrigade.com for any matter pertaining to the same.


In the event that you have ordered multiple items, some items may be shipped separately and some may be grouped together so that we can ensure prompt and efficient delivery. We will make an attempt to group the orders together if the multiple orders meet the criteria that they are all orders placed from the same account, are being shipped to the same address amongst other criteria. We strive to give you a stellar shopping experience and as such we apologize for any order delays or errors on our part that may occur inadvertently. Where a product you ordered is not available, we will contact you on regarding the same and aim to provide a close alternative to the same. We insure each purchase made by you for the entire period that your product is in transit until it is delivered to you. On receipt of the product by you, we will require a signature at which point the responsibility for the purchased goods passes on to you. In the instances of where you are sending a gift, i.e. the recipient is not you, you accept that when we receive the signature of your intended recipient, the same is deemed evidence of delivery/fulfillment by The Wedding Brigade and transfer of responsibility to the recipient.


The Wedding Brigade offers free returns for most of its products. However, customers should carefully look to the specific product’s information page to see whether the product is a returnable product and is eligible for free returns or returns at all as some products are non-returnable/final sale

RETURNS CRITERIA: Items that are eligible for returns must be returned to us within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the item. Customers seeking to return an item for any reason must notify The Wedding Brigade within 28 hours of receiving the product. Unidentified returns will be returned to the customer. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, not sprayed on with any kind of perfume, unsoiled and be in their original packaging. All material including plastic wrapping, tags, dust bags, box, gift box, wrapping embellishments, designer’s own packaging, authenticity cards etc. must be returned along with the product. All garments and shoes should be tried on by the customer only on carpeted surfaces to avoid soiling.

Goods will be returned only if they are returned in the original packaging. We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can be returned or exchanged for store credit if they meet the criteria outlined above. If you intend to exchange an item, it is recommended that you return it for store credit and purchase another product separately. Store credit will only be awarded once the returned good has been inspected by us as having adhered to the criteria mentioned above. In instances, within reason, where the product does not meet the aforementioned return criteria, the product will be returned to the customer and the customer will not be entitled to store credit. We will communicate all matters pertaining to the same via email.


If the product received by you is incorrect or faulty, please inform us of the same at the time of initiating the return process, ideally corroborating your communication with photographs or said damage or issue with the product. Our Customer Care Team will assess the situation and either arrange to repair the product where possible, offer an exchange or return the same for store credit. If the product received by you is missing tags, please inform the Customer Care Team of the same

In the case of a would like to exchange a faulty product or an incorrect product instead of returning the same for store credit, please note that we can only process an order for the same product in the same size, subject availability and the brand’s production capacity.

Please note that products are considered ‘faulty’ only if they have a severe manufacturing defect or damage making it unfit for wear or use. Items that are damaged due to normal wear are not considered as faulty or damaged products As our garments are sourced from premier brands many of which use hand -techniques in manufacturing / are hand crafted products, there may be minor variations in workmanship/ slight color variations as compared to your screen monitor but the same would not warrant the garment as ‘faulty.’ Please note all disclaimers in the product information page.

We are not liable for damages to the product after it has been received by you. If the product has been damaged in transit which would be the case where the packaging has been obviously damaged, you may refuse to accept the package on grounds of the same and inform us on customercare@theweddingbrigade.com or call our Customer Care Team detailing the same. Refunds will only and only be given in exceptional circumstances and we at our sole discretion determine this on a case by case basis.


Orders can be canceled within 48 hours after placing them. Refunds will be processed for damaged products within 7 business days. Refunds will be made in the same mode of payment as the original payment was made.

Terms and Conditions for Refer a Friend

1. Definitions

  • Offer: The Offer “Refer A Friend” is more specifically described in Clause 2 hereunder
  • Offer Period: The Offer Period shall commence from 12 hours on 28th August 2015 and shall extend up to 23:59 hours on 30th September 2015

2. Offer Details

  • A Registered User (“User”) of Shop.Indear.In (“Indear Shop”) can invite others to register on the Indear Shop by submitting their email address on the Indear Shop (“Invited User”) During the Offer Period, User will be entitled to Rs. 1,000 store credit in their account for every Valid Referral (defined below)
  • An Invited User will receive an email from the Indear Shop team stating that User has invited them to register on the Indear Shop which includes a ‘Join Now’ button. On clicking the same, the Invited User will be redirected to the Indear Shop to register their details and become a registered user of Indear Shop.
  • Invited User will also be entitled to Rs. 1,000 store credit as a part of the Indear Insider/ Register and Win campaign and terms & conditions of the aforementioned campaign will then apply to Invited User according to which the store credit may be utilized.
  • A referral is considered a Valid Referral where the User submits a valid and active email address of a person as the Invited User and Invited User on receiving an email mentioned in 2.ii registers on the Indear Shop by submitting a complete and accurate form. (“Valid Referral”)
  • A User may submit 1-7 email addresses as Invited Users under this offer and thereby be entitled to potential store credit between Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 3500 at the maximum based on the number of Valid Referrals made by the User (Rs. 1,000 per Valid Referral)
  • The User may only encash the store credit where the store credit is 50 percent or less than the cart value/purchase value (i.e. Rs. 1,000 store credit can be encashed against a cart value/purchase value of Rs. 1000 or above, Rs. 1000 store credit can be encashed against a cart value/purchase value of Rs. 3000 or above and so on.)
  • Store credit for this Offer will be transferred to User’s Indear Shop within 3 days of a Valid Referral.
  • The contest is open to all residents of India (except residents of Guwahati, Jammu and Kashmir, and Andaman and Nicobar Islands)

3. General Terms and Conditions

  • This is an exclusive Offer provided by Indear Wedding Services Private Limited “The Company.”
  • The Company reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Company also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Company to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date.
  • Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the Participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
  • The Offer is non-transferable.
  • The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
  • All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai.
  • The Company shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer. The Qualified Customers shall be intimated by the Company through Email and/or SMS.
  • By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.

4. Store Credit Terms and Conditions

  • The store credit gained from this Offer in particular is valid for 1 month from the date of issue
  • The store credit gained from this Offer can be redeemed online against the sellers listed on http://theweddingbrigade.com/inspirations only.
  • Where the order value/ cart value exceeds the store credit amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking / COD (Cash on Delivery) only.
  • The store credit from this Offer and unused balance of the same will expire 1 month from the date of issue.
  • Indear Wedding Services Private Limited is not responsible if store credit gained from this Offer is lost, stolen or used without permission.
  • The store credit gained from this Offer cannot be combined with other special offers or promotions that may be on.
  • Indear Wedding Services Private Limited assumes no responsibility for the products purchased using the store credit from this Offer and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed.
  • Validity of store credit from this Offer cannot be extended.
  • This store credit from this Offer cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation and the Company shall under no circumstance exchange the store credit from this Offer for cash.
  • Multiple codes cannot be clubbed in a single order.
  • Store credit cannot be returned, reloaded or resold.
  • All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.
